My Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist/ Ecommerce Freelancer 

Primary Location: Work from home position
Employment status: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

What I am doing:

• Working directly with eCommerce sites and platforms to load and maintain product offerings
• Add / Update and maintain Inventory
• Monitor incoming orders, assisting with processing and following through to completion
• Responding to, answering, and handling portal inquiries
• Handling customer requests through web-based platforms
• Communicating and tracking customer feedback to Product Development, Technical, and Marketing Departments to improve overall customer experience
• Driving sales performance through our eCommerce partners
• Establish clear timelines to ensure all new products and/or content audits are set up
• Update, maintain, and organize digital assets for products in the e-commerce portal
• Perform merchandising and maintenance updates in e-commerce portals
• Reporting the insights/orders/sales and accounts and maintaining its records. 

• Startup mindset – great sense of urgency to drive sales and improve the e-commerce experience, taking initiative, identifying creative ways to sell more products
• Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently 
• Communicate effectively with vendor, customer, and customer care executives.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce and digital development processes
• Experience with consumer insights tools such as Google Analytics
