What I am doing:
- Working directly with eCommerce sites and platforms to load and maintain product offerings
- Add / Update and maintain Inventory
- Monitor incoming orders, assisting with processing and following through to completion
- Responding to, answering, and handling portal inquiries
- Handling customer requests through web-based platforms
- Communicating and tracking customer feedback to Product Development, Technical, and Marketing Departments to improve overall customer experience
- Driving sales performance through our eCommerce partners
- Establish clear timelines to ensure all new products and/or content audits are set up
- Update, maintain, and organize digital assets for products in the e-commerce portal
- Perform merchandising and maintenance updates in e-commerce portals
- Reporting the insights/orders/sales and accounts and maintaining its records.
- Startup mindset – great sense of urgency to drive sales and improve the e-commerce experience, taking initiative, identifying creative ways to sell more products
- Be self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.
- Able to work independently
- Communicate effectively with vendor, customer, and customer care executives.
- Knowledge of Ecommerce and digital development processes
- Experience with consumer insights tools such as Google Analytics
