Draw on your desktop screen

How to write on any screen or browser




First Install Gnome Extension


sudo apt install gnome-tweaks
sudo apt install gnome-shell-extensions





Ubuntu: With the screen drawing extension installed and enabled in GNOME Shell you can hit the super + alt + D key combo to bring up the drawing features.

GIMP on UBUNTU

 

 How to make XP-Pen work in GIMP?

First, you need to configure the device to work with GIMP.

For that go to the Input Device configuration window by clicking the option under the edit menu.

After this Change, select the device and change the option from disabled to screen.

Now the pen tool will start working on the GIMP.






How to select Tool Options in GIMP?


Windows > Dockable Dialogs > Tool Options

Ubuntu

To switch between languages in Ubuntu.

First, install suitable languages, by clicking plus button below the input source title.














Press the Windows key + Space and select the Indic Phonetic keyboard.

For typing the Rupee symbol.

Select the menu as shown below.


Just press Alt R+4 like in below image:

How to add pen toll for any screen on desktop or webpage or presentation page?

Solution:

Add the tool in Ubuntu via Gnome Extension. “Draw On Your Screen” is a Gnome Shell extension that allows you to start or stop drawing on-screen easily via the Alt+Super+D keyboard shortcut
